Brief: Excellence does not offer refunds for course payments. However, under specific extenuating circumstances, partial or full refunds may be considered.

• No Refunds: Excellence does not process refunds for payments made towards its courses.
• Extenuating Circumstances: In certain situations outlined below, Excellence may decide to offer partial or full refunds:
  • Cancellation of Batch: If a batch is cancelled midway, and participants cannot be accommodated in another batch.
  • Discontinuation of Program: If Excellence decides to discontinue a program midway.
• Exclusions: The refund policy does not apply to situations arising from force majeure conditions, where all terms and conditions are rendered null and void.

Refund requests under extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by Excellence on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to approval.
